DEPOSITS, PAYMENT DUE DATES & CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit: If not paying in full, a non-refundable $500 Deposit per person is required to hold your desired accommodation and will be applied to balance due.
Payment Due Dates: 10% EarlyBird Discount if paid in full by August 30th, 2024. Regular Registration payments are due in full by September 30th.
Cancellation Policy:
~If you cancel no later than 1 month prior to the retreat start date (by September 12th), your deposit can be applied towards any future retreats produced by Micheline Berry (not including Esalen Retreats) and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
~Any cancellations AFTER September 12th non-refundable and non-transferable unless you replace yourself on the retreat with someone not already registered.
