For the past 25 years, Micheline Berry has been taking people on journeys of deep personal inquiry & embodiment as a way to connect; grow curiosity, creativity, courage; and discern between the ‘creative signal’ and the ‘noise’. 

While immersing in exceptional spaces of radical imagination & transformation, the encounter with ‘self and other’ leaves indelible marks on our soma and psyche which we take back into our quotidian lives with new maps. “Rewilding” creativity, curiosity, compassion, courage and wonder not only liberates vast inner resources, but also helps us navigate such complex times in the world around us.

For years I have dreamt of taking a group to Olivia Mariotti’s Tenuta di Paternostro, a stunning Horse Farm Estate, one hour outside of Rome, complete with a crew of thoroughbred horses running free, the wild resident therapists of the land." 

We have curated an immersive itinerary of daily somatic practice and meditation, live music and dance, creative process and somatic art-making nurtured by farm-to-table feasting and the spell of the sensuous in nature… a revery of olive groves, grazing horses running free, thermal springs, volcanic lakes, Etruscan grottos, local artisan villages, and a rolling Roman countryside.

7 nights / 7 days luxury accommodations at the stunning, 30 hectare horse sanctuary LA TENUTA DI PATERNOSTRO only an hour outside of Rome, Italy.

Contemporary art and nooks of wonder inside and out. Including a wading pool for warmer days. Farm-to-Table Italian Feasting: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners (Aug 17 dinner - Aug 24 breakfast) **  Amenities, housekeeping & the constant care of our ever affable House Butler Romy.

7 days and 7 nights to roam 30 hectares of rolling hills, olive groves, wild flower fields, an on property Etruscan grotto/meditation cave and thoroughbred horses, Tenuta’s “therapists”, running wild and free. 

Terme dei Papi* - Soak in healing outdoor mineral hot springs native to the area. *Includes entry and lounge chair.

Trekking along Lago di Vino - Hike followed by lake frolic and shoreside lunch.

LOGISTICS

RETREAT START: August 17th, 2024 | You may arrive anytime after 3pm ~  The first class/opening meditation begins at 6pm followed by a sunset aperitivo and welcome dinner.

RETREAT END: August 24th, 2024 11am ~ after brunch, guests may linger on property but must exit rooms by 11am. 

ARRIVAL BY AIR: Closest airport would be to fly into Rome FCO Airport 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: From Rome FCO Airport, take a taxi to Tenuta di Paternostro. 

Each participant is responsible for transfers from/to the airport, however we can help with referrals according to your specific needs. After registration you will be given detailed instructions for arrival to the estate. (You can also arrive at other airports and take a train to Viterbo and then a 20min taxi to La Tenuta di Paternostro.)
